      We first contacted Mike Kelly in 2016 for a refinance. We had been talking to one of the big banks but their process was cumbersome and extremely time consuming. My wife, Carole - a former Realtor, knew Mike and suggested I call him. Mike approved our loan and closed very quickly. After we relocated to Central Oregon, we called Mike again and had a similar experience with him. We would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a quick hassle-free transaction.
