I wanted a mortgage broker who explained loan options / details and made themselves available for our transaction relationship, which sometimes means on short notice in the home buying process. Being that this is not my area of expertise I didn’t think that too much to ask of a mortgage broker. Jess did a great job with explaining and providing written documentation, as well as availability by text or phone. Jess was very professional in his delivery of service and supportive in clarifying details. I recommend him 💯!
