  Ian has helped us on 2 occasions, once in 2016 and we reached out to him again in 2019. He has always bent over backwards to help us, he's professional, kind, honest, and available! We enjoyed working with him, he made the process so easy! He actually made it all possible when we had all but given up on our chances of home ownership. Thanks, Ian, you are the bomb.

  My husband and I have worked with Ian at Lighthouse on and off as we were trying to find our forever home over the last 4 years. Everytime we came to him with a new house procpect he was always willing and open to help us get the best rates and the right loan. When we finally bought our forever home last year he was the one that we trusted to find us the best rate and lender. But that's not all Ian did for us he always went above and beyond during the process. We wouldn't have gone with anyone else. Our loan and situation with the house we were buying was tricky to say the least because it was a probate house (a messy one). He and our realtor worked closely together to help us navigate the sale. It was because of that we were able to acquire our home so smoothly. During the process Ian always took our calls even staying late at the office to talk to us when we had questions etc. He was there with helpful advice about navigating the situation too and was there through the whole process right up until the end. And even though we had a few hiccups with our lender and loan he went personally out of his way to make it right which we are so grateful for. Ian was there right to the end too; even showing up to be there at closing in case we had any final questions about the financial side of our purchase and he was genuinely excited for us in our purchase of our new home and the new adventure for our family. We consider Ian a friend and since our purchase have recommend him and his team at Lighthouse to many of my family and friends. And we would highly recommend him and his team at Lighthouse in Silverton, OR.
