Kevin and Daniel are the BEST in the business! The ratings speak for them but let me tell you, when you want someone to really take care of you from start to finish, they are the team. Kevin has performed many property financing for my wife and I. The financing has been for personal homes and rentals as well. Kevin has been able to find us the best deals possible at the times we needed to refinance. His team has great communication skills and are very supportive of our needs. One of the advantages working with Kevin is that he understands our goals. Recently, we refinanced 3 rentals and our personal residence at the same time. We were able to switch to 15 year loans at a lower interest rate and we were able to compare 15, 20, and 30 year loans to see which fit our needs best.
