      I had a wonderful experience working with Jim Markan. My relator couldn't have set me up with a better mortgage lender. He was very prompt at answering any and all of my questions (especially since I'm a first time homeowner). As well as patient and understanding working with me and my third shift work schedule. The transition from applying for the loan all the way to the final closing was easy sailing thanks to his help. Thanks for everything and I'm loving my new home!!

      As a Realtor I have worked with Kurt many times with my clients. He has been my preferred lender referral for years. He is accessible, reliable and genuinely a great person. I had the pleasure of working with Kurt as my lender on our primary residence 8 years ago and on our summer cottage in 2019. We were clear to close on our cottage in 11 days. AMAZING! Kurt is not just a behind the desk lender. He is a strong supporter of the Medina County Board of Realtors and he supports agents by attending Brokers Open Houses. His children attend Medina City Schools and you'll most likely bump into him and his family out and about in the community. I strongly recommend Kurt Rosenwald for your lending needs.

      Kurt Rosenwald worked to provide a Buyer of one of my Listings with a home loan. He did everything he could to keep to the timeline of the transaction and was in constant communication with all parties. In the current market, it is very common for lenders to make excuses as to why they cannot keep to agreed upon closing dates or communicate. Kurt made the experience virtually stress free. Highly recommend.
