  Lisa Webb was amazingly efficient and effective. She helped through every step of the process, and while I can be a bit testy, her patience was outstanding. Guild Mortgage is awesome!

  Lisa and her team at Guild Four Corners took care of every question throughout my family’s home buying hunt! I’m so thankful my aunt and my sister’s best friend recommended the most fun, professional mortgage lady making our house happen! We took almost six months to buy and they made sure our approval was always up to date ! We were blessed!

  My husband and I began our process of owning a home with Rhonda at Guild Mortgage. We had a pre approval and started shopping. When our renewal came up, our broker had left Guild and we decided to go with Lisa, the other broker there. BIGGEST MISTAKE! We got a pre approval for $40,000 less than the original but we found our house, put in an offer, and spent 5 weeks waiting for anything. NOTHING! Our realtor and ourselves were calling, emailing, and messaging Lisa Webb and the branch supervisor Rosa, trying to figure out where we stood, what the hold up was, and why the appraisal had not been ordered. When I asked about the appraisal, she would redirect to yet something else she requested from our accountant. When our contract was near expiration, we contacted the branch manager again and were promised a call back in 15 minutes from Rosa. We never received a call from Lisa or Rosa. Instead we received an email that was sent to the SELLER’S REALTOR and we were cc’d with our denial. It was unethical for her to contact our accountant without our permission and to send a denial email to the seller’s realtor. The BIG KICKER- Academy mortgage accomplished full closing in 10 DAYS, what Lisa couldn’t do in a month and a half. We were able to avoid a contract renewal and us possibly losing our home. We are happily in our home and sad to hear that others have had this same experience with Lisa.
