  I cannot express how grateful I am for Noelle! She answered my many questions promptly and never seemed bothered by the frequency of my questions! She made this overwhelming process extremely painless. I highly recommend Noelle!

  If I could give zero stars I stars, I would. Cancelled out my account after I said I was going to get a second opinion from another lender. They said they’re reasoning after I asked was because I didn’t qualify and I said the paperwork I had said otherwise, also considering we put in an offer an a house which my loan officer knew (we didn’t get the house) thank god, because I no longer want to work with this company and especially these people that poorly represent this business and themselves. We had no problems until I was honest and said I was meeting with another lender. @noelle Leblanc and wynn at reception, I’m appalled by the the disrespect and unprofessional behavior. Passing my paperwork through the door (even though you had no problems with me and my husband coming in when we were clients? “Too busy” to answer my questions, yeah right. Petty, disgusting behavior. It ending up working out. I don’t want to work with people who treat you like trash.

  Hi Cecilia, WOW. This still very much upsets you since you left the EXACT same review back on November 9th, 2020, when this all actually happened, but glad you keep googling me :). We meet in October of 2020, right in the middle of COVID, when yes, we were all very busy. You and your partner were not honest several different times while we worked through your pre-approval. After discussing with my boss the different scenarios I felt uncomfortable with, we decided this looked fraudulent or not legit and we at Guild do not deal with that at all. There are several other lenders in town that will, and I am glad something worked out for you. As you can see from me reviews, it has worked out for me as well.

  Noelle is amazing! She helped us get into our first house and a year later refinance. Both process were quick and hassle free. 10/10 thank you for everything!
