  My husband and I used them to buy the perfect house for us that cost $250K to $300K more than our house is worth, and we'd need a bridge loan in addition to a loan for the house. Financially it's a stretch, but Paula showed we were qualified and got us the loan. Also, our realtor said that Paula has a great reputation among realtors as being a great loan officer making realtors more likely to accept offers if she's doing the loan. So I highly recommend using her. Paula also wisely advised us to get our current house on the market sooner, so by the time we close escrow on our new house,, our current house is also in escrow despite the market softening in our area.
