      Pete and the Mingham Team were amazing to work with. I cannot stress my satisfaction enough. This was my first Home Purchase and it went as smoothly as possible. You hear so many stressful stories but I honestly have nothing bad to say at all. I will recommend Pete and Guild Mortgage to ANYONE looking to buy.. ESPECIALLY a First Time Home Buyer.       On behalf of myself and my brother Jeff (the loan applicant client), we cannot sing the praises loud enough for Guild Mortgage's Pete Mingham and Megan Kendall. The loan application was for a complicated and difficult situation, that had to go through many hoops and tries. At times, we were truly worried that the application would not be approved or that it would be disqualified. However, through the patience and perseverance of Pete and Megan, Jeff was able to refinance his home rather than lose it. We could not be happier with the professionalism and service Pete and Megan provided, and we highly recommend them!
