  I was introduced to Ross from someone I highly respected and, from my first interaction, I was immediately impressed by both his depth of understanding of my situation and his response to my needs. He tailored a tactical approach to ensure that I would be able to secure a mortgage loan at a competitive rate during a time when rates were quickly rising. Both he and his team were proactive, responsive, and personable. They are exemplary of the type of service you would expect and hope for when engaged in something as stressful as securing a home loan. They, simply, are wonderful. I couldn’t speak more highly of their character and their service.

  My husband and I worked with Ross almost 4 years ago on the purchase of our first home and so when the time came to sell that house and move on to our 2nd home, it was a no brainer that we'd work with him again. Ross and the team are truly helpful, patient and understanding. They take the time to make sure everything makes sense and that we felt comfortable with the process. Ross is available 24/7, or so it seems. Always willing to chat through different scenarios after hours and on weekends. This home buying adventure would have been leaps and bounds harder without Ross.

  I started my house hunting journey the beginning of this year and unfortunately when i first started the process we weren't in the right hands. Thankfully we were referred to Ross and his team and it has been the best experience working with them. They are so helpful and kind. Answered all of our questions and are very professional. My family was able to buy our first home all thanks to this amazing team. We are for ever grateful for all of their help. I will definitely recommend Ross and team to anyone but specially first time home buyers that don't know what they are doing and have alot of questions like i did. 😊
