Shane was so helpful in going through the process with us. As first time home buyers, we were constantly told we needed a great team, and that is exactly what we got from Shane. He answered any question we had, no matter how silly, and was a great support in getting all of our documents together. Thanks Shane! Update: Shane was great as we looked into a refinance this year. Even though it wasn’t the right time for a refinance for us, he was so helpful in looking at our options and provided us with good advice. All around, Shane is a knowledgeable and great guy to work with.

Shane and his entire team are AMAZING!!! I am a first time home buyer and in the beginning the home buying process seemed so overwhelming. Shane literally spent over an hour on the phone with me explaining terms and processes, never once making me feel stupid or silly for asking questions. His team was in constant communication with me and happy to answer all of my questions, even if I asked them more than once. Cannot recommend Guild Mortgage enough and especially Shane and his team!
