      Poor experience doing an out of state investment property purchase in 2018, lack of communication and poor follow up. Inquired about refinancing rates in 2019, person was too eager, gave me the wrong rates and did a hard pull on my credit. Shayla said she would write a letter to get it removed, I checked last month and it's still there. Bad news, will do Costco finance next time.
