      I have been with Gurnee Community Bank about 15 years and I am not a financial wizard, so whenever through the years if I needed a loan to changing my address......the staff is soooooo wonderful and kind.

      Abnormally slow. 10 minutes when you’re the only one there for a simple thing is fast for them. If you’re on a time crunch go to a different location.

      One of the tellers here is always bitter/ rude for no reason. I asked her name before, but couldn’t understand her response. She has given me dirty looks and is lazy when it comes to doing simple tasks. She is the reason I started going to the Waukegan location, and will never return here. The Waukegan ladies are always sweet!
