Taking My Biz elsewhere This review is for the service center, not sales. I made an appointment over the phone for my CRV. The guy on the phone was very nice. The man who spoke with me at the desk, however, was extremely **condescending** --treating me like a "dumb female" who surely doesn't know her car. Also, as I waited in the lounge for my car, I saw him treat an elderly couple the same way. He was extremely rude to customers. I wonder if he really wants his job. As a result, I took my business elsewhere.
