  I've used H.M Brown twice now. The first time was a breeze so when I needed a new car, I went back. After leaving the H.M Brown office with my new car, I received a text from the individual who helped me, J Cruz, asking me on a date and talking about my physical appearance. Mind you, this individual has all of my personal and financial information. I intended to ignore the text until he reached back out for me to sign more paperwork. I had already been down to their office twice to sign paperwork and after being spoken to in such a foul manner, I requested someone else bring the paperwork to my office for me to sign. The broker Nikki Wilson then came to my office and made a joke about her colleague harassing me and had a laugh about it. I deeply regret ever working with this agency and will certainly never refer anyone here again. Please do better.

  As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous about the process but Matthew Friel made this process seamless. Matt was really helpful in helping me find the perfect vehicle for me for a good deal. He made sure the car was safe, well maintained and kept me updated with every detail throughout the process. I am proud to say that my first car buying experience was stress free and Matt Friel’s customer service and knowledge of cars made this experience fun! I highly recommend him to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle. I am loving my new car!
