      Best tax person I have ever used. After starting a small business I didn't know where to start with my taxes. I found Haley's tax service and she made sure I knew what I needed to do and have moving forward. Last year she took my hand written notepad and gave me tools so that this year it was simply printing a couple papers. I highly recommend Haley's Tax Services!

      I submitted tax info and bank statements as well as W2. It’s been 6 months since I started going through this accountant and I’m still waiting. My taxes are late and she’s ignoring my attempts to reach out with concerns and just wanting to do the right thing and pay my taxes. This service is causing me stress. If she isn’t doing any of this poor quality service to you— then maybe has preferred clients. I don’t know, but I’m not enjoying the service and I have had no success so far. If this is a sign of a good accountant, this one’s for you. I highly recommend only accountants that function true to their word in a timely manner that make the client feel assured and honored both personally and professionally. This one will make you wait and beg to Finnish the very thing she’s in business to do with vague responses.

      Although she got our taxes submitted, there were many errors made by her that we will be taking our business elsewhere next year. Our taxes were complicated given student debts and different filing needs, but the accumulation of errors created more frustration than needed. These errors included writing down our bank accounts for direct deposits and losing them, choosing to have checks sent instead of direct deposit, not knowing community property taxes (then failing to keep her word about figuring it out in a couple of days and requiring myself to call her, ask her about it and her telling us she'll get on it that day), lack of communication every step of the way, and being late for a tax session. Truthfully, these are small errors that alone could be easily forgiven and overlooked. But together, it showed a lack of professionalism and made me lose my trust in her ability to help us manage our taxes.
