I had tons of issues with H&R block. My 2019 taxes have not been available for over a year and everytime I'd ask for help they would say just Wait there system is probably updating. Anyways after getting little to no help from H&R block I came here and Jay and some other people here figured out my issues that day!!! Everytime I email Jay he responds very quickly! He not only responds quickly but he has fixed all of my issues almost immediately! It's been such a relief since I switched over to hallows and company. This is only my 2nd year filing so going to people that actually know what they are doing has been much better. I recommend Hallows & Company 100%!

Honestly did not want to give it a one star. Horrible service. Screwed up my daughter and son in law's taxes. Entered job information incorrect, wages incorrect. Gave bad financial advice. Will not go back.
