  Shanon and his team have been awesome! This is my second time working with him. I worked with him in 2016 when my husband and I bought our home, and again this year when we decided to refinance. He was very helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable of the refinance process. He also helped us get the best rate available. I would highly recommend Hamilton Home Loans!

  Michael Hall did an exceptional job with financing. When he qualifies a buyer I am confident it will close. His rates were competitive. He kept all parties informed during the process. Michael is a preferred mortgage broker in my book!

  The whole process became a nightmare. Good thing I am retired because I spent days providing documentation for the underwriter. I would provide one document and that would trigger asking for 5 more documents. This went on for weeks near closing. These documents should have been asking for months in advance. Should be explained from the beginning of the process what can be done to raise your credit score and what not to do during the whole process. Like I had a $59.00 late payment on my credit report from 2 years ago and had I been told to review my credit report in the beginning, I could have had that removed by closing. I was told this one charge cost me 100 points on my credit score. Which was at least at half of a percentage point in interest. In the end we were unable to close on time, therefore, costing me extra money in moving costs. I wouldn’t recommend this company for your mortgage.

  We are sorry that you had a bad experience Mr. Crutchfield. However, the challenges related to your home purchase had very little to do with your lender. We are glad that in the end we were able to get your home closed despite the challenges.
