      The worst bank I have ever banked with!! None of the people at this branch have a slight clue about what it is they are talking about and are not at all helpful! Very very very frustrating I would highly recommend you bank with Wells Fargo across the street if you want decent banking!! Wish I could give this branch 0 stars honestly!

      I am a brand new customer at BBT/Truist, so when my mom and I arrived yesterday for me to add her to my account, I was unpleasantly surprised at the lack of customer service. The lady I opened my acct with had two customers in her office, but the branch leader and another lady in her office had no customers and we were directed by a teller to go to the teller window to complete this task. Instead of being seated comfortably in an office, my elderly mom and I was forced to stand for 20 mins. This is not acceptable and I sincerely hope this branch is retrained in how to treat their customers.
