      When it came down to the last month and finally had a home in escrow... it all just fell apart. Very limited responses to emails or calls. There was a misunderstanding about the rate we thought was locked in, manager could care less and admitted to knowing nothing, all while his staff had a sick child in the hospital and was away so she couldn't help. And it took all of a week after closing for them to sell off our loan to Chase and send us a "bye" letter. Don't bother with them because they won't with you.
