  This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with! Because of an error, one of my payments went to my Hancock account when I told the person processing the payment to use my new account. I was charged $36 and another $216 overdraft fees before I could make it to the bank to deposit money to cover the overdraft. They only credited my account $150. As soon as I get my credit, I will be closing this account and using another bank. Never, have I ever seen a $216 overdraft fee! They might as well stick a gun to my head and rob me because they're a bunch of crooks!

  The wait time at this bank has become absolutely ridiculous! Last week I waited 20 minutes, today I have waited 40 + minutes!!!! Im not sure what is going on, lack of employees, whatever but I have banked here for almost 30 years and have never experienced such slow service! Everyone is very friendly but I don’t have time to be waiting like this at the back. Seriously considering moving to another one, especially since they started charging me a $10.50 per month for a checking account that I’ve had for 22 years!
