      They say they put customers first while continuously reducing their hours. Went from closing at 5pm to 4pm. Was open on Saturdays until noon, then went to every other Saturday- now closed on Saturday altogether. Looking for another bank.

      I get to the bank, I don't bank them but have a work check that is from the bank, well I go to walk inside to talk to them in person and you can't. I don't do drive through if I don't bank with them.
