      I have a business account with Whitney and this branch alone is making me consider transferring to another bank. Everyone that works here seems to be short with me/annoyed even when I am doing simple transactions. If you can, just drive a few minutes longer to the Metairie location; the employees don’t seem to hate their lives as much at other locations.

      Horrible service. Tellers and managers have no interpersonal skills. The whole branch needs to take course on customer service skills. Its like they are all dead. I got to the branch at nine i am still sitting here waiting. Slow and dead
