      Lobby Open 9am-Noon, By Appt. Only. So, no weekday branch office hours at all.. and if I call ahead, you'll see me between 9am and noon on Saturday.. maybe. Seriously? Is that right?

      The Franklinton Branch is the most difficult people I have ever dealt with. They do not care about their customers. They make every transaction as hard as they can. My Mom passed away and they showed no sympathy or compassion. Jamie and Brian have made it as difficult as possible. I hope if their moms pass away someone will be nicer to them. I am ready to leave this bank.
