      For several years it was not a pleasant experience anytime except maybe 1 or 2 visits out of of every 5 and I went there ALOT! ID SAY THE LAST YEAR OR SO IT IS ALWAYS CHEERFUL AND HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. AMBER IS PHENOMINAL. The others are good as well I have had just had her help with a couple specific things.her help me on a couple different issues and she went over and beyond

      The tellers at this branch are totally awesome. However, the manager (Tonya) at this branch is right out ghetto. When I enter the bank( pre-Carona), she approached me and ask so many questions that I felt uncomfortable. She is very rude in asking questions about what I plan to do with MY money and so forth and so on. I want to make my deposit or cash a check and leave. I explain to her that I am in a hurry and she is too demanding.
