      They are so nice and very helpful. I normally use the one in new iberia but for making withdrawals and deposits. I have had no issues. Great service.

      THANK GOD we are not customers of this bank! Went to withdraw money from their ATM, gave us a receipt for the withdrawal transaction, but NO MONEY CAME OUT of the ATM! It was after business hours, but someone answered door and said they were having problems with their ATM, “especially on weekends”, but that I would get an automatic refund back into my account within twenty four hours. That was on a Friday evening. It is Monday And still no money!! Then get a call from one of their attendants explaining nothing they could do and that we would have to begin a dispute with our bank to get our money back from them!! This is no different than stealing! RUN AWAY!!!!

      Gave me a counterfeit $20 bill. Had to fill out a police statement which caused me to be late for work and loose $20. I spoke to the manager who said she would call me back about it. She never did. This was not my first problem with this bank, they've held my money over the weekend twice with no way for me to get it out, leaving me in a serious bind. Worst bank ever, terrible customer service.
