Had a bad experience just trying to make a payment for my husband... I do not recommend this bank at all well at least this Pinhook branch!!! very much lacking in customer service!!!! Very disappointed at the experience.

If you use online banking through their mobile app as your primary way to deposit your checks, I recommend staying away. Multiple times im hit with my mobile deposits not going through after seeing the confirmation page, and they do nothing about any overdraft fees as a result of this. Customer service is horrible for these types of issues. Going inside to do your banking? This bank is just fine on that front.
