Have been with this bank for 25 years starting with People’s First, Destin, Hancock and now Hancock Whitney for my business Emerald Coast Motor Cars in Destin. They still have a lot of old school customer service that smaller banks provide to us locals. They are struggling with staffing issues and pandemic restrictions so be understanding with their service in today’s crazy world. Will be a customer with them forever. Stan Hall

Cindy Garrad is completely unprofessional, unethical and isn’t a reliable loan officer. In consumer lending they have to tell you why you don’t qualify and The ‘doesn’t qualify’ statement was followed up by Cindy calling the listing agent to tell them that their buyer wasn’t going to get approved to build on the lot. 100% she should not have called the listing agent. That’s beyond messed up. It’s discriminatory lending
