  I have been banking with HFCU for a long time- I have financed all my vehicles through them, done several transactions for over 10 years. The banker I previously worked with retired and since then- the customer service has taken a huge hit. Sadly I will have to find a new credit union.

  HANSCOM IS THE WORST CREDIT UNION THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER BANKS DONT BANK HERE I am still waiting on the VP in corporate to contact me back after “ investigating “it’s been 6months Been banking here since I was 14 now I’m 31, This bank had declined to the worst capacity possible They are rude, inconsistent, and don’t care about client loyalty. This branch has been loaning me money for my cars since I bought my first at age 16 Until the past year they have new management (who suck at thier job I might say) and come up with all these bogus stipulations They lied and tried to tell me I have to drive my vehicle in Massachusetts in order to get a loan I asked for documentation stating such reasoning for why they couldn’t provide me with the loan after initially approving me according to where i will drive my vehicle. OF COURSE They couldn’t provide it Basically they are condescending and mischievous They don’t speak to me or my family member when they or I come to the bank because they know they were dead wrong for how they mistreated me and handled me But Good thing I have another bank where I keep most of my money because my 730 credit score got me a nice new 2018 vehicle and they actually financed me more than I was approved for These people are fraudulent don’t trust HFCU
