      Be careful with the cashiers and count your money in front of them and don’t lose the money from sight because I lost a large amount of money to one of the cashiers and I will never recover the money back

      So the bank is closed to go inside, at least have 2 people working the drive thru, no wonder theres always a dam line.

      Hi Jorge. With many of our lobbies being closed, our drive up service is extremely busy. As a result, we’ve added staff to help the drive up service at each location . Although not always visible in the booth, I can assure you they are hard at work behind the scenes. Even with additional staff, the lines can be long and I know that causes frustration. We recommend using our digital services when possible such as our mobile app, online banking, and any of our 30,000+ surcharge free ATMs. Many services can be done via these tools which can be a huge help in avoiding the lines. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
