INCREDIBLE SERVICE. Despite being a client for barely six months, and interacting with very few employees, when I walk in, all of them greet me by name - even those who have never met me! Whatever I need to accomplish, people like Luis Cortez, Mitzy Becerra, Robert and the other staff are always fast, friendly, professional, personable, and helpful. If you want to be treated like a decent person and not a number (like many national banks tend to), then go to Happy State Bank and talk with them. I'm certain you'll want to do business with them. VERDICT: OUTSTANDING BANK. WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH

Absolutely excellent establishment. The staff is outstanding, going above and beyond in their customer service. I do not feel like a number, nor just another face in the crowd. Twice I've had special requests, and twice my expectations have not only been met - they've been surpassed. Thank you to Luis Cortez and Ms. Melinda for your hard work and dedication to Customer Service. Strong belief in God and high moral standards, are held by top management. Would love to see it carried out in all places of business. If all branches were run like the main bank, and if they held to the high standard it would truly be a great place. Too bad this is not so.
