  I was traveling through Post, TX. My dog had an accident in the car so I needed change for the car wash. The car wash change machine was out of order. This bank would not even exchange me 3$ in quarters because I was not a bank customer. The $ would have been put right into their little community. Guess we all need to switch to Crypto so the banks can't regulate who can have what. I was never a believer in Crypto, but now I am really hoping it puts jerks like this out of business.

  Just go to a different bank, trust me. Regretting opening this account, customer service sucks, even when there was an unapproved purchase on my account that i wanted to dispute they exclaimed right away that they will not pay for it and pretty much called me a liar. This was never taken off. I was responsible. Overdraft protection doesn't work either, they will continue to take out more than you have and charge you if you don't pay attention. So dissatisfied!
