Tascosa Rd location was very professional courteous staff & no long waiting! Also very clean lobby!

Waited 10 minutes to be helped, guy finally asked "How can I help you?" I'm having an issue with my online banking, "Oh have a seat and we'll be right with you". 20 minutes later and after them helping 3 customers who came in after me, I left. So disappointed in this branch. Will not be coming back.
