      This is my family bank. Couldn't ask for no better service or people here. I absolutely love the workers. They always made sure I was taken care of and when I had questions they actually cared and answered to the best of there knowledge. This is my very first bank and I'm positive it's going to be only one.

      This place has been steadily going downhill since the passing of the long time CEO in August 2020. The new CEO has come in and completely changed all the policies and procedures. She is hateful to the employees and the customers. Several long time employees have retired or flat out quit because of her actions. It used to be a friendly, fun place to bank, but now I dread even going in to do my banking. They aren't friendly anymore. Example...I went to the window of one the newer tellers, I said "Good Morning" to her and she rolled her eyes at me. I am in the process of moving my accounts to another bank. The customer service is horrible. They don't realize, that without us customers, that place can't stay in business. They are running off their members with their poor attitudes.
