  Harbor Homes Review 2022 Last December we purchased our new home from Harbor Homes. Even though it was a spec home, and we did not have any input into the final presentation, I and my family couldn’t be more pleased! The décor was outstanding with an inviting interior, and the quality of the home has solid construction. Two weeks before our closing, there was a walk through, and we were given the chance to address any concerns with the home. All our concerns were addressed and corrected before the closing date! We have been quite pleased with our purchase and the value received. The quality of products used has been evident as we have been setting in for over 4 months with very little problems. Also know, that besides having a superb quality home, one of the other important factors is the follow-up [Warranty] response from the Harbor Homes’ staff. Kim W. answered a concern for me on a Sunday, with the needed service provided that very same week. This staff has resplendent customer service skills and has always been willing to address any concerns or problems we’ve encountered [Which has been minimal]. We highly recommend Harbor Homes because this company is the complete package, i.e., they produce a high-quality product, have a superior staff---who are always willing to help and stand by their product/s. If you are looking for a home, look at the quality homes Harbor Homes has to offer, I know you will not be disappointed!!! Tom P & Family Hartford, WI

  Harbor homes was excellent throughout the entire building experience! We moved from out of state and their responsiveness and willing to communicate through every step really went above and beyond! Even now living in our home for over a year, they continue to impress with their quick response to any warranty issues that need to be addressed and get the problem solved quickly! Their team is amazing and so hard working!

  We started the process with Harbor in February of 2021. They told us that once we signed the process would take 8-9 months. We didn’t believe it at the time since we heard a lot of horror stories with supply chain and new home builders, but to our surprise they hit every deadline and we moved in October 28th into our beautiful home. We did have some issues along the way that were addressed right away, and do have some quality issues, but the warranty process has been very easy. There were times we wish we had better communication, but overall we are very happy. Also, wanted to give a shout out to Jared our Project Manager who has made the move in process and warranty process a breeze. Thanks HH!
