  We built with Tim O'Brien Homes in 2013, and almost 10 years later we would still recommend them to anyone interested in building a home. Not only was our initial building experience great, but the years following our occupancy have been just as wonderful. TOH truly stands behind the quality of their homes. We have had minor warranty items surface over the past year or so, and their responsiveness and willingness to help us has exceeded our expectations. Dan Shudy, Customer Care Specialist, has gone above and beyond to make certain our issues were resolved. He is genuinely kind, helpful, extremely responsive, and also offers innovated approaches to situations that we never would have thought of. Dan Shudy is a prime example of the simple fact that Tim O'Brien Homes really DOES stand behind what they build, even if it was years ago that you started working with them.

  There are many home builders out there and so many options. In reality there are only a few things that eventually separate a builder from the pack. We built with TOB homes in 2016 and the customer service over the years has been top notch. If you are looking for a builder who stands by their product and a customer care department that actually listens and follows through you will be hard pressed to find better. Dan S in customer care was great to work with. When a few small issues arose he went the extra mile even stopping by after hours to address my issue. Even when a manufacturer warranty expired he went through great lengths as an advocate to help me and my family out. If you are looking to build a home you can at least have some peace of mind knowing that the folks in customer care are passionate about what they do and they do care about you as a customer.

  We bought a home from them that was brand new for our daughter and they have STILL after 7 months not finished a lot of promised things. The house is loaded with spiders and we have had both Batzner and Orkin out 3 times each and they cannot access the attic with out ripping out the ceiling to do pest control. No driveway or front walkway has been poured. We paid to have an electrician fix the electrical. Horrible builders and horrible follow up. They sell a great story and then stop responding to you. Don't waste your money.
