  So I get a fraud alert / text from Harbor One which is great. So I call the number to find out what happened. The person answers the phone saying " Card Services " . This is a red flag because all of the scammers that call your phone say the same thing. So I ask the lady is this Harbor One and she says " No " its card services ". I'm like wait a minute I was told to call this number for fraud with Harbor One and she replies you have the right number can I get your account number please. I am like " No ". I then ask her is this a third party company hired by Harbor One to process fraud claims at the bank ? She states yes and I politely tell her to have a great day and I will call the bank direct. So I call the Abington Branch and they tell me yes they do use a third party company for fraud claims. I'm like are you kidding me ? So I go down to the bank 30 minutes later and reconfirm that they use a Third Party company to process there fraud claims and again I get a " Yes ". I then close my account and withdraw my money. No way am I doing business with a bank who hires a third party that now has the same access to my bank account as the bank. " Yes they have full access to your account per the Abington Branch " . No one and I mean no one should be okay with this as you are adding one more person/company into your personal information. Who is this company ? Where are they located ? All red flags ! Stay away until they change this policy as any fraud should be done in house period ! Banks outsourcing work they should be doing is not acceptable at any level its a Bank !

  I gotta say your drive up ATM is just toooo tight. Twice I have scuffed a rim and I’m extremely conscious of the curb. I was warned and didn’t listen.... now I’m warning you .... this post has nothing to do with the service of the bank or its employees just the illy designed drive up ATM.
