  Lori Venditelli is a consummate professional and highly personable mortgage loan officer. I would recommend 10 stars if that were possible. She answered all of my questions throughout the process and beyond. From application, to closing, to servicing she was always caring and considerate. She was also forthright and disclosed everything as I went through the process. Thank you Lori.

  We don’t have an account with Harbor One but have clients who do. One of our clients likes to send us checks via the Bill Pay feature from their online services. Whenever we receive these check payments from our clients, we always go to the Lincoln Harbor One location to cash the check. They’ve never ever given us any problems and are always very polite. Today, since we live in the area, decided to cash a recently received check at the EG location. The teller refused to cash the check claiming that bc it’s drawn from a third party, the check can only be deposited into our personal account. What 3rd party is she talking about!?! The check was drawn on Harbor One... the client’s banking info is on the check which is a Harbor One bank account. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT SHE REGUSED TO CASH OUR CHECK BC OF RACE. We did not look like the usual residents of EG!!! There should be absolutely no reason y she should be refusing to cash a valid Harbor One check when all info on the document confirms that it belongs to one of their customer’s account! Especially, when another location gives us no problem cashing the check but this location refuses to do the same. I’m pretty sure that their check cashing policies are the same from location to location. There were no reasons for her to refuse us except for our skin color.
