0/5 double charged, called to address it and was met with the most incompetent and unprofessional staff ever. Kimberly badge #13662 and Crystal badge #19616 answered the phone rude, condescending and hostile. Offered no help or solutions and didn’t even know bank policies or procedures. Not sure if they have weight issues or family problems but they definitely should not be working at a call center. I will be closing my accounts here, chase is a better alternative.

Had an amazing experience at this branch. Everyone was courteous, polite, and even more so, takes COVID pre-cautions seriously. It's probably going to be hard to go in since appointments are required, but I'd much rather be safe than sorry. Also, props to the employees. Extremely nice and relatable.
