      Worst credit card experience I've ever had. I wasn't able to figure out how to make my payments properly due to the confusion in the dealership after purchasing a Street glide CVO and placing some of the balance on this credit card. The payment was processed one day late for the final balance after the 12-month cycle of interest free so they charged me all of the interest at over 22%. They also lowered my credit limit for no reason in the middle of making payments just fine and harmed my credit score. When I called in there's absolutely nothing they can do about it and they're charging me the full interest never use a credit card from Harley ever!

      Horrible disgusting customer service! Horrible treatment of us by Harley Davidson Visa customer service representative & a Harley Davidson Visa supervisor. We were told we were scammers criminals because we charged our Harley Davidson Visa card then paid it off & then wanted to charge the card again & then pay off the charges. Isn't that what credit cards are for charge pay it off charge pay it off... novel concept. We closed our account right there on the phone ... We're hard working middle class Americans who LOVE & RIDE HARLEY DAVIDSON HOW DARE SOMETHING WITH THE HARLEY DAVIDSON NAME ON IT TREAT US SO DISGUSTING. It's a complete disgrace to the brand & the Harley Davidson FAMILY!
