      Very helpful and friendly. 5 more stars for katy and the unbank crew at the hennepin store in mpls., I just received a call that my requested transaction records are ready for me to pick up at the st. paul store because I mentioned to her that is the store I do business at regularly because I live in st. paul and it's just a mile away from me rather than 10 miles to the hennepin store, that's customer service!, didn't expect them for a few days but it ended up being a few hours, bravo!, very refreshing, kudos, thank you, jerry.
