      As a Realtor here since 1998 I have referred many borrowers to Cindy. In 22 years I have yet to find better rates or lower fees. Additionally Cindy has yet to fail to perform to provide a loan she said she could do. Now those reasons should be enough to make you choose HartWest. Okay, so what is the downside? They are a small local lender who when the world is doing refi's will get bogged down. Expect slow return calls. They do everything online. Get your docs to them in a timely fashion and ask for a firm date to expect completion. I still use the "Princess" (Cindy) after all these years so if you call "Princess" she may chuckle.
