  Relationships relationships relationships!!! Everyone is brought to us, around us, by us, near us, because of our life paths. God always is working for us! It’s up to you/us to determine the Integrity and Character of each person we meet to decide what’s next!! That said. The first moment I spoke to Mike Swerlyk over the phone he is a rare find!🙏🏼 This guy was super intellectual about everything we discussed, “which was me testing him to make sure he knew what he was doing 😂🤷🏼‍♂️💯” He didn’t speak to much trying to sell me on him or his company or any bs!! Was up front about fees, points, rates, etc…… 👌🏼 He has been as REAL as they come since day 1 of me starting up the family Real Estate business. There’s always a energy about someone when you first speak with them, in person , or on the phone!💯 Long and the short I could go on for at least 6 more hours 😂 but I won’t…😁🤷🏼‍♂️ I’ll keep it sweet. The very first deal we did just based off of a hour or so long conversation. This guy got a deal done for me that another lender backed out on at the VERY LAST MINUTE! 🤔 Even though that in particular lender said they would loan the money and guaranteed it to happen, but didn’t! It was less than 24 hours to close the deal or I would lose my nonrefundable earnest money! However it wasn’t just the money it was my integrity! Committing to the seller that I would buy the deal from them! Of course I didn’t want to lose $5000! However the most important thing was I told the seller that I was buying the deal and I wanted to make sure that it went through 100%! Especially being a little Newer in the business at that time. So when I explained that story to Mike he could relate 100% after several other stories and scenarios in that long first conversation. This guy funded the deal within 24 hours, 🤔👀💪🏼🙌🏼💯🙏🏼which I praise them for till this day! It was a tough deal on mobile home park to be exact , lol! Yet this guy had so much trust in me from our initial conversation and believed in me because of the things we spoke about! He made it happen! So from there on out I knew he had my back and I will always have his! 💯 We have a great relationship now and always will be great friends/business partners! Great thing is, it’s not just Mike Swerlyk, it’s the whole FREAKIN Team there at LM2!!! For real!!! 💯 The WHOLE TEAM!! Mike S., Mike C., Sylvia, and Izzy are hands down some of the best if not best in the business, when it comes to funding deals, giving valid opinions of there own on deals to protect them and us! Just give them a chance before anyone else! HANDS DOWN!!💯 They will find a way to get creative and get ALMOST, I SAY ALMOST ANY Deal that’s gifted there way. 😁🙏🏼💯🙌🏼 My name is: Corey Westwood Company Westwood C&I LLC

  Mike was amazing to work with. From the time he got involved in my transaction Mike showed he was super knowledgeable, very responsive and moved very quickly.
