      I did not sell anything to this company but I spoke over the phone 4 minute after open, to a very helpful gentleman. I asked for an over the phone appraisal and instead of trying to lure me in they suggest I sell it online for a better value. Do not let others bad experiences deter you from your own experience. 5/5

      Went In about 3 weeks ago and was going to sell my pistol because of a move. Andy, the manager was able to convince me to keep it and that he could help me out with the shipment of my firearm to a new FFL certified shop to my new location. I was VERY Pleased with his customer service, he took great care of me and my needs. Thank you Hat City Pawn!!!!
