  It took us three years to find our forever home but Eddie never gave up on us. He took the time to literally scour the entire island with us and lent us his expertise on helping us find a perfect fit. I have never purchased a home where the entire process from start to finish was so seamless and stress free. His knowledge and skills were essential in navigating the rigors of Contracts, Loan processing, Escrow, Funding and Closing. Communication with Eddie was outstanding. He ALWAYS answers his emails and phone calls. This is a comfort level that all realtors and brokers should instill into their professional repertoire.   I have never met a realtor like Christy Menig! We knew she was special when she spent weeks showing us property after property, even after we told her we were just looking to buy in the future but had to sell some property in Oregon (where we live) first. That was 2 years ago. After finally selling our property, we contacted Christy. She helped maneuver us through the excruciating process of buying a home in Hawaii and moving our goods from Oregon to Hawaii. Through her efficiency, we were able to find a home, make an offer, obtain a loan, have house inspected and arrange for closing date in just 10 days. In addition, she goes beyond the responsibilities of a normal agent. Not to bore you with details, but she is babysitting 3 orchid plants for us and arranged storage for our furnishings (actually met with the truck when they delivered) in our absence. I can not say enough about the excellence of her knowledge and just genuine heartfelt service she offers!
