      We have been members for 30+ years. We knew almost everyone that worked there, now I recognize no one. Today I was told I would have to PAY a 2% fee to deposit my change ($169). Wow 😳. Was told "it's only 2%". Right. The interest on my accounts maxes out at .2%. We will now begin the search for a new credit union. Perhaps losing a long term customer with a sizable nest egg will be noticed, but I doubt it.

      I initially had a frustrating situation but the management team was extremely fast to reach out and they were understanding and kind. The management really seems to care about people and I am grateful that they went above and beyond to address a concern.
