      Terrible service, nasty customer service. I opened a account and they told me to drop off the paperwork and received no information about the account. You can't call the automated number and get any information on your account. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

      Forever will hate this pathetic excuse of a bank. Both my parents bought the house in 1995 but it was in my dad's name. For over 2 years, busted my rear end helping my mom keep the house. But this bank wouldn't want to help or work with us. They rather screw families out of their homes for more money.
