They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, want, and didn't even KNOW you needed! And the free cookies and DumDum lollies don't hurt either! 😂 Lol.       Excellent customer service. It’s like going to a hometown bank. Very personal service and loans are easy to initiate and great rates.

      The tellers are great, but this is the hardest place to get a loan of any sort. I haven't been able to qualify for anything since joining, but ironically I have went to other institutions and secured loans with no hassle. Don't think I will be with them much longer, pointless if they don't take care of their members.
