      While each client has different needs, I find the Hickory Hill branch absolutely horrible. Customer service representatives are lazy, slow and will not answer the telephone. The bank is always short staffed and their hours do not accommodate clients. Each day other than Friday they are only opened 9-4 PM. Friday is a little different. Since the bank changed to Truist and the former branch manager retired, this location has been awful. Needless to say on two occasions, monies were deducted from my nephew's account instead of my account to pay my charges. In addition to posting these comments, I will also reach out to banking administrators.

      worst bank , worst service , since the merger with suntrust they dont know whats going on with your accounts , can never awnser any questions regret having done a loan with them and being stuck they need to be reported for not providing tax documents timely
