      Staff is super friendly. If you have issues, they are generally fixed rather quickly. Hours are a little restricted so it's not convenient if you work past 5. Otherwise, I love this bank and the staff!

      If you do not authorize overdrafts and you overdraft, they do not care about your family at home. THEY WILL OVERDRAFT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. Horrible company i recommend tcf bank.

      Heartland has normal banking hours, and no deposit ATM's in all of DeKalb. Their website/app are laughably unworkable and outdated. They don't have any form of digital check cashing, and money transfers to my other accts are done as 'bill pays' to myself, for example. Try somewhere else if you work normal 9-5 hours, are paid by physical check, or deal in cash a lot. I still use chase as it's far more practical and convenient, and they don't even have a branch in town...
